Our next frontier

AI is leaving the screen —and stepping into the world.

We are turning our focus to embodied AI — the robots, humanoids and autonomous machines that learn from human demonstration and physical-world data. The same trained judgment behind our annotation work, aimed now at the physical layer.

Where we began

We began where the Buddha was born.

Before the work, the stillness.

We chose Lumbini. Some questions are older here than any machine.

To train a model is to teach it to see, to listen, to judge. Every judgment carries the mind that made it.

So we begin with the mind. A short walk from where the Buddha once taught, three principles keep the hands steady.

In partnership with government

Aligned with Nepal's Digital Economy Vision.

HSV is a national workforce infrastructure project as much as an annotation company. We work alongside the Government of Nepal to build a sovereign, skilled AI data economy that keeps the country's talent at home.

Our institutional network

One chain, from the ground to the centre.

We build relationships across the entire institutional chain — offices, companies, institutes and individuals; large institutes; local government; provincial government; and the centre — so we can collaborate and draw on support at whichever level a project needs it. Hover a level to see it lift; click through for how we work together there.

Digital Nepal Alignment

Digital Nepal Framework

HSV supports the Government's Digital Nepal Framework, creating high-skill ICT employment and positioning Nepal as a sovereign player in the global AI supply chain. Our work advances the national goal of growing the digital economy beyond 5% of GDP.

Reduced Remittance Dependency

$500M domestic earnings target

Well-paying domestic tech jobs ease the economic pressure that drives migration. Every annotation job placed in Nepal is one worker who no longer needs to leave. Our target is to replace $500M in remittances with domestic digital earnings.

Dignity of Work

Safe · Skilled · Sustainable

Unlike Gulf labour, annotation work is safe, skilled and done from home. Workers keep their families together, grow their expertise with every project, and build careers that compound rather than contracts that expire. This is the future Nepal's young people deserve.

Reversing the Brain Drain

20,000 jobs · 2027 target

Most of Nepal's skilled graduates still plan to emigrate. HSV shows that technology can change the calculation. When well-paying, skilled work exists at home, talented people stay. Nepal's knowledge economy starts here.

A national mandate

Our workforce program advances the Digital Nepal Framework and the country's employment priorities, in coordination with government partners. Institutions building the digital economy can reach the team directly.
